Dive into spring with this vibrant floral salad. This colorful tofu is bursting with bright colors and flavors and is easily a meal in itself!

Ingredients
2 handfuls of mixed salad green
½ cup of diced purple cabbage
1 avocado, sliced
1 small cucumber
1 carrot
A handful of mixed berries
2 tbsp hemp hearts
Edible flowers to garnish
1 block of extra firm tofu
For the tofu marinade:
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls rice vinegar
1 tbls Hoisin sauce
4 drops of sesame oil
Instructions
Start by prepping the tofu by placing it on your TOFUDEE Tofu Press for about 20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, Hoisin, and sesame oil and set aside until the tofu is ready. When all the excess moisture has been removed from the tofu, place the tofu in the marinade for 5 minutes to coat.
Fill salad bowls with the lettuce greens.
Shave carrots with a vegetable peeler to make ribbons. Fold ribbons in a circular shape and place on top of the mixed greens.
Add remaining ingredients including tofu to the salad.
Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy! 😋😉
