Serving: 2
Ingredients
1 package pressed tofu
1 tbsp. cornstarch
freshly ground pepper, to taste
sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
For the Sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare tofu by pressing in Tofudee Tofu Press for 20 mins., then cut in cubes. Toss with the cornstarch and arrange the tofu on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes – midway through, flip the tofu cubes.
Start the sauce when tofu is light golden brown. In a small frying pan, heat up honey, soy, and garlic over medium heat until bubbly and thick. Taste and season with freshly ground pepper.
Remove the tofu from the oven and toss in the sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Enjoy!
