Easy and Quick to do, this burger is perfect for lunch or dinner. You can also bake the patties in the oven if you prefer, at 375 ˚F for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
454 g firm tofu, crumbled
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. teaspoon vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten or Flax seeds eggs for the vegan version
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
Press tofu for 20 minutes, chop vegetables while pressing it.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
Add salt and pepper.
Shape 8 patties. Reserve.
In a skillet, heat a little oil and brown the patties on both sides.
Serve the patties in hamburger buns.
Top with the garnish of your choice.
