Ingredients
1 block tofu, pressed
1 tbsp of minced garlic / 2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil, add more as needed as tofu cooks
1 tsp turmeric
½ cup Nutritional yeast
Preferred spices to taste
Instructions
Start by pressing your tofu using TOFUDEE Tofu Press for 15 to 20 mins, make sure the tofu is really dry.
Add minced garlic and olive oil to the pan.
Cook until a little less white.
Add turmeric for color.
Add nutritional yeast and other spices you may like.
